Designed to provide you with greater flexibility and convenience, Akasa GetEarly, allows you to seamlessly switch to an earlier flight at the airport, within the same day. Passengers who reach the airport within four hours of original flight departure can now avail of this service and take an earlier flight by paying a nominal fee.

Akasa GetEarly is exclusively available for domestic flights only.

 

Important points to note:

Service Availability: Akasa GetEarly is exclusively offered for domestic flights, allowing passengers to prepone their journey within four hours of their original flight departure.

Airport Requirement: To avail of this service, passengers must be physically present at the airport.

Seat Availability: The possibility of boarding an earlier flight is subject to seat availability and the discretion of our airport staff.

 

Please Note: 

• Passengers can avail of this service only within four hours of preceding the original flight time
• Passengers needs to be present in-person at the airport to avail this service
• Pre-ponement of your flight will be done based on seat availability on the new flight and at the discretion of our airport staff
• Changes can be done only for preponing the flight and not for postponing the flight
• For example: The time difference between the desired flight and the booked flight should be maximum 4 hours, this means if the original flight booked is at 1600 hours, then this flight can be preponed to a flight which is departing at or after 1200 hours. The basis to calculate the difference of 4 hours, has to be between the departure time of the original flight and the desired flight and not on the basis of the passenger reporting time at the airport
• Request for such change will be confirmed only 60 minutes before the departure of the desired flight subject to the availability of seats
• A non-refundable charge of INR 1800 (inclusive of taxes) is applicable per sector, per passenger to avail of this service. For corporate bookings INR 900 (inclusive of taxes) will be charged
• Payments related to this service to be made only at the airport
• In case your pre-booked seat is unavailable on the new flight, our airport executive will assign a seat based on availability. No refund will be provided for pre-booked seat.
• In case passenger has pre-booked Café Akasa perishable meal, same will not be provided on-board. Passenger will be given a choice to select meal available on-board.
• In case passenger takes Akasa GetEarly and also opts for A++ / A+ seat, customer will be charged over and above the Akasa GetEarly rate
• No additional benefit will be provided to passengers who purchase A++ or A+ seats
• In case of Through flight - charged once and Connecting flight - charged based on connection
• No refund will be provided in case passenger has pre-purchased any Add-Ons services

 

Not Applicable:

• Unaccompanied minors cannot avail of Akasa GetEarly
• Passengers booked under group travel cannot avail of Akasa GetEarly
• Passengers travelling with Pet cannot avail of Akasa GetEarly

 

Refund:

• No refund will be provided in case of no show/gate no show or passengers who do not avail of this service in spite of purchasing Akasa GetEarly
• In case of any dispute with respect to Akasa GetEarly, the decision by Akasa Air shall be binding
