Make your journey effortless with auto check‑in—a convenient service that automatically checks you in for your flight between 48 hours and 6 hours prior to departure for both domestic and international travel.
With Auto Check‑in, a system‑generated seat is assigned to you, allowing you to enjoy a smooth and worry‑free start to your trip.
If you prefer to choose your own seat, you may opt for web or app check-in instead.
Step 2:
Enter your PNR along with your last name or registered email address to proceed.
Step 3:
Select the passenger(s) to be checked in and choose ‘Auto Seat Assign’.
Step 4:
Review and accept the safety and security information
Step 5:
Your e‑boarding pass will be sent to your registered email address within 6 hours prior to departure.
Important Information for International Travel
While passengers may complete auto check‑in for international flights, e‑boarding passes will not be sent via email. Passengers are required to report to the airport check‑in counters for verification of travel documents, after which a physical boarding pass will be issued to continue their journey.
Auto Check‑in Is Not Available For
- Unaccompanied minors
- Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
- Passengers travelling with pets
