Here’s how you can cancel your flight ticket that is booked with Akasa Air.. In the event of an unexpected change in your plans, you can easily cancel your booking with Akasa Air by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Visit the 'Manage Booking' section and click on 'Cancel Flight'.

Step 2: Enter your flight PNR/Booking Ref. number along with your email/last name.

Step 3: Select the option of ‘Cancel Flight'.

Step 4: Review your booking and itinerary details and select the option of complete cancellation.

Effective for bookings made from 03rd June 2026 onwards.

Domestic cancellation and change penalties

100% of airfare will be forfieted for any changes or cancellations made within four (4) hours prior to the scheduled time of flight departure.

No-Show: 100% of airfare will be forfieted.
